Airdrops Bring Food To Remote Villages In South Sudan

Many remote villages in South Sudan have been cut off from trade as routes became impassible due to the rainy season or dangerous to cross because of fighting which began in December of 2013. The United Nations’ World Food Programme is using air drops to ensure these villages have food while they wait for a cessation to hostilities.
