Continuing conflict in the Central African Republic has resulted in rampant malnutrition for the people affected from the crisis. Susan Shepherd, a pediatrician working for the World Food Program, reports that uprooted families have lost their livelihoods, making access to work, food, or healthcare exceptionally difficult.
The World Food Program is on the ground to help combat rising malnutrition rates, providing highly nutritious food in family rations to those in need.
